One of the best experiences I've had at a Mcdonald's. I came here on February 6th, around 6:40pm. Food was delivered quickly and even though one of my burgers were wrong, they apologized and corrected it swiftly. One staff member even gave me a thumbs up. Super friendly and efficient. The building was also clean.
They are shockingly bad at actually taking and making orders in a reasonable amount of time. I've quite literally brought a book to the drive through before, and it almost always takes at least 30 minutes (though I write this after I've reached an hour in the drive through). Only reason I come is because they're one of the only places open. From what I overhear it sounds like there are only a handful of employees carrying the place and having to constantly remind others to actually do their job. Ordering with the app makes no difference, nor does eating inside or curbside.
Worst McDonald’s to go to nothing but hood rats a dikes that absolutely don’t want to take your order. I could understand if they didn’t have the staff but literally everyone just standing around and walking back and forth outside disregarding the lobby packed with people. It’s no point in ordering on the app because you’ll still be waiting in line. Better off going to another McDonald’s.

Love the sales initiative of this McDonald’s, you go to the drive through for dinner, you sit in line so damn long you’re still there for breakfast the next morning, and can order both at the same time.. very smart tactic.. I also love how they allow me to prioritize other things while waiting 3 hours in the drive through line, you sit in line so long you can read a book, paint a picture, find the meaning of life, plan world peace.. the possibilities are endless.... just like the line of cars at their drive through ......
Ordered a Steak Egg bagel no cheese meal w/ a small hot coffee, Chicken McGriddle w/ hash round and a small mocha frappe, and lastly a Sausage McGriddle w/ a small caramel frappe. First the hot coffee was not hot, it was cold and tasted old, the McGriddles were rubbery and hard to bite through, and when I went end to ask a refund, I was ignored and just stood there for 5 minutes. There was an employee and a manager standing there at where the food is given from the back.
